Provel is Stirred but not Shaken

After assessing a prototype air motor, Provel has elected to use the IR ARO air motor as a problem free adjunct to all our stainless steel mixing vessels for use in hostile environments.

Although incredibly durable, IR ARO air motors are smooth performers - combining simple operation with minimal maintenance requirements, whilst carefully designed external surfaces ensure wash down operations are fast and effective.

Bolton based Provel stay ahead of the competition

Provel the process engineering firm based in Bolton have announced the completion of an innovative new product for the pharmaceutical industry, which reinforces their position as a leading supplier.

The product, a stainless steel mixer to aid tablet coating, was designed specifically to accommodate the needs of a customer based in Cambridgeshire. The creation of the final mixer complies with guidelines from the Food and Drugs Administration, who ensure all new products are built to internationally recognized regulations.

Provel has already established a firm international presence access Europe, Argentina, Brazil, Australia and China and now hope to roll out new innovation into these markets.

Managing director Martyn Wilson stated that fully stainless steel mixers have been a part of Provel's strategy for innovation for some time. He added, "The industry is continually evolving and to stay ahead of the competition, we know we have to build innovation into our products. We try to give our customers something extra without compromising on either quality or price.

The mixing device will result in significant cost savings for our clients, particularly in the area of cleaning. It will also eliminate problems such as corrosion which are inherent in substitute products.
