Concept Design and Development
As well as producing a standard range of mixing vessels, we have vast experience of designing and manufacturing bespoke equipment to meet customers' particular needs. All of our process vessels are made from stainless steel including hastelloy. These materials ensure that the vessel is long lasting and reliable and require highly skilled welding, grinding and polishing techniques.
With over 20 years experience in the industry we have been designing and fabricating process vessels including:

- We produce a standard range of vessels but also design and build to customer specifications
- Our vessels can range from 1L - 2000L
- We can supply any vessel with a mixer and / or agitator
- We manufacture electrical and pneumatic control systems for mixers and electrically heated vessels
Pressure Vessels
All of our pressure vessels are designed and manufactured to meet the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). Our pressure vessels are designed to work with gases or liquids and we can carry out our own pressure testing or use a 3rd party inspector to ensure that the vessel meets your requirements.
Insulated / Jacketed Vessels
Jacketed vessels are designed to regulate the temperature of their contents. The jackets can be heated through water, steam or be electrically heated. We can supply oil or water heating units with water up to 90ºc and oil up to 150ºc. The insulation jacket is made from stainless steel and is filled with perlite which has excellent insulating properties.
