Concept Design and Development

As well as producing a standard range of mixing vessels, we have vast experience of designing and manufacturing bespoke equipment to meet customers' particular needs. All of our process vessels are made from stainless steel including hastelloy. These materials ensure that the vessel is long lasting and reliable and require highly skilled welding, grinding and polishing techniques.

With over 20 years experience in the industry we have been designing and fabricating process vessels including:

Pressure Vessels

All of our pressure vessels are designed and manufactured to meet the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). Our pressure vessels are designed to work with gases or liquids and we can carry out our own pressure testing or use a 3rd party inspector to ensure that the vessel meets your requirements.

Insulated / Jacketed Vessels

Jacketed vessels are designed to regulate the temperature of their contents. The jackets can be heated through water, steam or be electrically heated. We can supply oil or water heating units with water up to 90ºc and oil up to 150ºc. The insulation jacket is made from stainless steel and is filled with perlite which has excellent insulating properties.

Mobile Film and Sugar Solution Vessels

Our range of small to medium stainless steel mobile vessels can be made to suit your needs. These typically vary from 10 - 1000 litre capacity - for more information on the specifications please see the technical data.

We also design and build bespoke mobile vessels to a variety of industries which can include:

• Electrically heated water jackets (immersion heated)
• Steam, oil or water heated jackets

Industrial Mixers and Agitators

At Provel we design, manufacture and repair industrial mixers and agitators to bespoke specifications or to directly match your own specifications. As specialists in stainless steel mixer and agitator production we work with the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical industries to produce high quality products designed to last.

All of our mixers and agitators are manufactured from locally supplied stainless steel and will have full traceability supplied with full material certification.
